NCDC Heads to Spartan Country

We started off the 2018 Operational Tune-Up training series in Lansing, Michigan where 4 teams attended the training. We persevered through the snow and were warmed with coffee provided by Michigan Highway Safety. Michigan is where regional DWI courts started where rural counties share resources to serve the population. Overall it was a great training.
