Supervise project staff, manage project task timelines and budgets, oversee all aspects of data collection, conduct data analysis, and write reports and grant applications.
Research Associate/Senior Research Associate - NPC Research
The Research Associate/Senior Research Associate will be expected to serve as a Project Director on both new and existing research teams, become familiar with approaches and areas of investigation at NPC, and develop proposals for new externally funded projects in which he or she will serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) or co-PI. Over time, the Research Associate is expected to assume increasing leadership responsibilities on assigned project teams.
Research Associates will coordinate all aspects of field data collection for process and outcome evaluations (client interviews, surveys, administrative data collection); manage databases; conduct quantitative data analyses; and participate in writing reports, articles, presentations and grant proposals..
Baltimore Drug Court Coordinator
Essential functions: Under the auspices of the Office of Problem-Solving Courts the Administrative Office of the Courts, the Drug Court Coordinator will be responsible for overall planning, management oversight and daily operations of the Drug Court Program in District 1, Baltimore City. Administers and aintains records of all OPSC grant awards. Ensures the timely and accurate delivery of the grant reports to the Office of Problem-Solving Courts. Researches, writes, and acquires internal and external grant funding. Manages program budget and submits quarterly financial and statistical reports. Performs needs assessment involving program related training and improvements. Supervises a team of Drug Court Case Managers. Assigns cases for case management. Reviews work completed by staff. Oversees personnel actions and training of staff. Conducts weekly/bi-weekly meetings with team. Participates in court proceedings. Communicates with outside agencies and organizations, establishing sustainable relationships on behalf of the program. Performs all other duties as assigned.

The Director must possess a post-baccalaureate degree in a relevant area, including but not limited to, behavioral health, law, court administration, criminal justice, or public administration. The Director must also understand and have the ability to further the mission of the Illinois Center of Excellence; knowledge of specialty courts including mental health courts, drug courts and veterans courts, and diversion alternatives; knowledge and experience with court systems; and is conversant with clinical aspects of mental health and substance use disorders and behavioral health treatment for justice involved persons.

Program Director – InAct (Treatment Services Division) - Oregon
Volunteers of America Oregon’s Treatment Services Division (InAct) is seeking a Program Director to manage a complex outpatient addictions treatment division consisting of seven programs with multiple funders and community partners in Multnomah and Clackamas Counties. InAct programs include the Multnomah County drug courts, problem gambling treatment, the Re-entry Enhancement Coordination program, and low intensity residential treatment, as well Asian and Latino specific addictions services.
